Mostly good, some room for improvement
I renewed my Remote Premium and Map Updates recently. The remote lock/unlock feature works well, and the map updates are straightforward to download and install, keeping my navigation current. However, I noticed the app can sometimes be a bit slow to connect to the vehicle, taking maybe 10-15 seconds to register a command. The customer service I contacted about a billing query was polite and resolved it eventually, but it took a couple of days. Overall, the services are useful, but a faster app response time would make it perfect.
Consistently reliable services
This is my third year renewing my InControl services. I've had the Remote App and Map Updates since I got my car. This time, I also opted for the Wi-Fi Enabled with Data Plan. The consistency has been excellent; I haven't had any major issues with the app or the map updates. The maps download pretty fast. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting, and it always works as expected. The new Wi-Fi plan was easy to add to my existing account.

Comprehensive InControl experience
I recently purchased the Remote Premium and Secure Tracker Pro services. Ordering was straightforward through the InControl Portal; I just logged in and selected the options. Delivery, or rather activation, was instant. I received an email confirmation right away. The Secure Tracker Pro provides peace of mind, and the Remote Premium allows for remote climate control, which has been useful on hot days. I found the vehicle status check feature to be accurate.
